Alpha 0.2 Release


Hello again!

Here is Alpha 0.2, or Build(0002) -  as I named the zip folder.

This build features the first actual glimpse of level. I found out that Unity has an object called the Line Renderer which renders lines. Kind of makes my job easier, huh? I still intend on doing some Vector-Renderer-like shenanigans, but that will probably be with enemies or objects.
The lines look good enough for me right now, though I may add a small halo/glow effect down the line (pun intended).

In addition to this, I also increased the firing rate, made the camera scroll left-right and decreased the player's horizontal movement speed.
I will probably change and tweak all the speed values numerous times across development, so I will probably stop mentioning these tiny tweaks (or simply say 'Tweaked Speeds for [x]' instead).

The next step is to make the player die when touching the lines, and then draw the other levels. I will draw the two concept stages I sketched first, then I will design some other levels and add them later. I will probably focus on those first two levels until I have some enemies and objects. I would like to have some functional "feature-complete" gameplay before focusing on levels as they should be fairly easy once I have everything in place.
